Dearest Reader,

It may be a variant on the law of inverse proportion, but when Summer heats up, things do tend to slow down…
And we are finally unwinding into the new Season, undergoing a welcome shift in perspective and pace… It’s that time again to cook simpler and lighter meals… to set the table outside and linger on the garden to savour them…

We all have our own Summer routines. For many, it includes travel… long strolls by the beach… extended picnics in the woods with the family… mid-afternoon naps in a soft hammock… long luxurious campfires evenings with good friends… dancing under the stars… and we could go on…
Summer is here, enjoy it, cherish it and share it with the loved ones!
